The reasons are simple. Horizon is a cutting edge, feature rich, hosted telephone system which is always ready to grow with your business. Because its ‘brains’ are hosted in the cloud, the system is always up to date. We include quality handsets with Horizon from big brands like Polycom, Cisco and Yealink.

Horizon’s control portal can be accessed from anywhere with a browser and internet connection, allowing you to make changes wherever, whenever. With its easy to use online interface and onsite training provided, Horizon is designed to be managed in house. And with inclusive calls to landlines and mobiles, no maintenance costs, or physical upgrades required, Horizon will save your business money.

We carry out a site survey to identify any changes that may be needed to implement Horizon. A dedicated Gamma project manager then builds and configures the system to your requirements.


We ensure a seamless transition by arranging the installation and onsite training, which is carried out by a Gamma approved technician, followed by number porting (where required) once the system is set up.


We provide ongoing, proactive account management, giving you a direct line to your dedicated Pastel Account Manager who can assist with any system changes and support.


  • Auto-Attendant – Have Horizon manage your incoming calls, allowing callers to choose departments or individuals by extension. Prompts are easy to record and upload in house for a personal touch.
  • Music on Hold – Easily upload hold music of your choice, for your callers to listen to while on hold.
  • Hunt Groups – Set up call groups, to manage and distribute incoming calls by department. Choose from multiple call patterns, for example: all phones in a hunt group ring at once (ideal for a sales department), or calls go to each phone in a sequence.
  • Pick-Up Groups – Control who can and can’t pick up the call when another phone is ringing.
  • Conference Calling – Easily set up conference calling for internal and external calls.
  • DDIs – Give each of your staff their own external contact number.
  • CLI Presentation – Change the outbound number a user or group presents. This is great for regional targeted campaigns, where a local, recognisable number is more likely to be answered.
  • Hot-desking – Allow your field based staff to log in and out of office based desk phones, usually reducing the over-all number of handsets required.
  • Mobile Twinning – Twin your Horizon number with your mobile so both your office phone and mobile ring when a call comes in.
  • Scheduling – Set call handling schedules in advance, for open and closed hours, allowing you to route calls to a voicemail box or an alternative number. Easily add schedules for events where incoming calls need to be handled differently, such as company away days.
  • Call Recording – Horizon features call recording as standard. Record all calls, or just a percentage, or even record a whole call, at any time in the call!
  • Call Statistics – Use detailed call stats to monitor your incoming and outgoing calls, in terms of number of calls and duration by date and time. This is useful to assist with staff KPI’s and to monitor incoming calls to identify the times you are most busy and the number of calls lost due to staff management.
  • Mobile app and Desktop Client –Horizon is available as a mobile app for Android and iOS and a desktop client for Windows and Mac OS. This allows you to us the system as you would in the office, anywhere in the world!
